Users and Subscribers

This web site operates on both public ("User") and private ("Subscriber") levels. Users may create an account that allows them to post notices on the Blog. Subscribers who sign up for a "premium" plan will have full access to all elements of the site, including the original works of literature in each issue. Users do not have this access. The cost is $25 (US) for a year subscription and $7 for one month; all funds not used to maintain the site will be devoted to the scholarships and support mentioned in our purpose statement.
